Includes wreaths, garlands, advent wreaths, swags and centrepieces. Boreal Amber Birch syrup products (pure, caramel) and tapping supplies. Wild jellies and syrups (e.g. fireweed, dandelion blossom). Non-timber forest products workshops, farm stays, Bed and Breakfast and agricultural diversification consulting are also provided. Products may be purchased at farm gate and Bouchie Lake Country Store.

Our farm humanely raises Berkshire/Landrace/Duroc pigs, born on the farm with room to grow and thrive! We use our Farm gate Plus license to reduce the stress for our animal's "one bad day". Our pork cuts are vacuum sealed for longevity and so you can see what you are purchasing. All curing is done with celery extract powder and there are no fillers in our 8 types of sausage, just pork and spices. We choose to be Certified Organic so you can be assured that our animals are well taken care of and get feed free of toxic substances. We eat what we grow and want to share that awesome food with you!

Our farm plan is guided by traditional practices that follow our ancestors’ path in agriculture, believing in natural relationships that allow our livestock to graze freely on diverse forage systems. We are fortunate to have settled on over 100 acres of rich Cariboo forest and grassland where our bees and local pollinators can range on chemical-free flora; our pigs are free to root in a mixed forest/pasture setting and we raise our lamb out on pasture. Our poultry is free to forage in a secure forest garden designed specifically for their needs. We encourage others to take a real interest in where their food comes from and how it is raised. We also host seasonal ‘meet your farmer days’, but we are always available to talk about our animals, our bees, and our farming practices.
