The highly successful 2008 BCFWN conference was held in Quesnel at the Sandman Inn, and was hosted by FARMED. Conference topics included Farm Succession, Green Energy, Collaborative Marketing and Rural Food Distribution, and Partnerships.

Integris Credit Union generously donated $1,000 towards the cost of hosting the event.

2009 - 2010 FARM FRESH PRODUCT GUIDE

FARMED and the QUESNEL FARMERS MARKET with support from the Quesnel Cariboo Observer and Quesnel Community & Economic Development Corporation are working hard on meeting the press deadline of April 30, 2009. The guide will be a 16 - 24 page booklet (8 ½” x 11”) with between 8,000 – 10,000 copies being distributed in early - mid May, 2009.

The intention of the guide is that it will be inclusive. All North Cariboo agricultural producers have the opportunity to book one FREE LISTING. Don't miss out on this incredible marketing opportunity!
